Welcome to The Confident Tech 90-Day Program ("the Program"), operated by Jay Pidazo / Just Another Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website and the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About the Program

The Confident Tech 90-Day Program is a digital professional development program for cellphone technicians. It includes access to five learning modules, daily check-ins, a 30-Day Discipline Challenge, bonus guides, and the Competent Tech Oath. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. One account per person — sharing login credentials is not permitted.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

Keeping your password secure and confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the Program — including but not limited to the ebook, module text, activities, frameworks (IQ, EQ, SpQ, DQ, CQ), bonus guides, images, and the Competent Tech Oath — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jay Pidazo / Just Another Tech and is protected under copyright law.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
Resell, sublicense, or share your program access with others
Use our content to create derivative works for commercial purposes
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing materials for your own learning) is permitted.

5. Payment & Refunds

The free ebook is provided at no cost. If the 90-Day Program offers paid tiers or upgrades in the future, payment terms and refund policies will be stated clearly at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you complete your first 30 days of daily check-ins and do not feel the Program is worth every peso, submit a refund request in writing to our contact email within 30 days of payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

6. Program Access

Upon registration, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the Program content. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Program to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay Pidazo / Just Another Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Program or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
