1. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Confident Tech services.
2. License
WinBliter8 and other CT native tools are licensed, not sold. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the subscription period you paid for. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the software.
3. Permitted Use
CT tools are for legitimate device repair use only. Use of these tools to access, erase, or modify devices you do not own or have authorization to repair is prohibited.
4. Payments
All payments are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Confident Tech. Contact us before disputing a charge.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account. Activation is tied to your account and device — sharing your account disables your own access.
6. Service Availability
Confident Tech tools require an active internet connection for periodic license validation. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Confident Tech tools are provided as-is. We are not liable for device damage resulting from repair operations, operator error, or hardware faults on the devices being repaired.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify members of material changes by email.
