1. What We Collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, and hashed password (via Firebase Authentication).

When you purchase: your payment reference number (GCash, BDO, PayPal transaction ID, or crypto transaction hash). We do not store credit card numbers.

When you activate a tool: a hashed device fingerprint (derived from your machine ID) tied to your account. We store the hash only — never the raw machine identifier.

When you use CT tools: repair log data you enter voluntarily. This stays in your account and is never shared or sold.

2. How We Use It

  • To authenticate your account and verify your license
  • To activate and validate your tool subscription
  • To send transactional emails (activation, renewal reminders)
  • To improve CT tools and curriculum based on aggregate usage

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your data to anyone
  • We do not run ads or share data with advertisers
  • We do not use your repair logs for any purpose other than your own access

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (asia-southeast1 region). Firebase is operated by Google LLC and subject to Google's infrastructure security standards.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@confident-tech.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies.

7. Children

CT services are intended for adults (18+) engaged in professional device repair. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify members of material changes by email.
